Not 1 but 2 winners for the September Giveaway....

Well the calendar says October now
but it is to feel like August for the rest of the week...
temperatures in the low 80's...I'm sure we will pay for this in November.
This picture was taken at Greenfield Village on September 8...
it was a beautiful day too.

Thank you to everyone who left me comments.

I've decided to pick 2 winners...each winner will receive a hand embroidered block
designed by the talented Michelle Ridgway and stitched by me.

the winner of the Mr. Meltin'...Mittens Mended Cheap is

#12 Bettina who posted on my September 7th posting
"no garlic? My son and I canned last weekend and will probably do more... if I can find some tomatoes at a reasonable price. They are a little scarce this summer with all the crazy weather her in Missouri!"

and the winner of the Skates for Hire
goes to #14 Christa who posted on Friday the 13th...her lucky day.
"The Tammy bags look great! Really love the feathers on the fabric of that first one! Very colorful! ;)"

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is October
I will be giving away a Tammy Bag...
I will randomly pick a winner from comments posted to my blog
during the month of October.
The winner will be picked on October 31st.

happy stitching

The second snow man with the skates for hire is so cute. I love the look on his face. A bit shameful but also apologising for not be able to skate. Cute.

Congrats to the winners! :) Where did you buy your frame for the Tammy bag? I have looked all around and haven't found them yet and I'd love to make one!

Cute bag. I have yet to try one of these. I guess gluing the hardware seems a little intimidating.

Thank you for choosing my comment for last month's winner!! I would love to win this month's bag ! I can see myself using it to carry bear making sewing supplies to shows etc. Just right for a pair of scissors, a needle holder, a spool of thread and some pins!!
