Finally a winner is picked....

and I apologize.... I'm a week late picking my Hugs and Kisses winner.
I'm so sorry..........
I have read all your comments and thank all of you for your sweet words.
There has not been much luvin on my blog...lately...I've been feeling burned out.
I felt I needed a break from the computer.
It hit me back in November and it still has not past!!

I have been stitching...
...for the Nancy Drew is a Clue Blog Hop.
My Day is March 14.
My one project is finished, yes just one project....just need a few photos.
I will be scheduling my post before I leave on vacation.

I have been knitting....
3 more frilly scarves finished in February

...I have been embroidering...
This is Bird Brain Designs Santa Quartet pattern.
I stitched it in 10 days from start to finish...a few late nights!!

...I finished piecing the Red White and Blue Great Granny Square Quilt.
It's even quilted and bound.
It will be donated to the Ann Arbor Veteran's Hospital.
I did a demo of the great granny square at our January quilt meeting.

Yes. I've definitely been keeping busy...I even managed to bind
a queen bed size flannel quilt....a beast of a quilt, but beautiful.
Sorry no picture...it is for a cancer charity auction.
A co-worker of Mama Sparks made the quilt.

I was playing with lots of fabric at CrazyQuiltGirl Fabric Shop last week
Corina has 6 bolts of Happy Town fabric in stock
and is expecting 2 more bolts by Monday

Henry Glass Fabrics is sponsoring a contest using the Happy Town fabric
designed by Jacquelynne Steves.
First prize is $500.00, second prize is $250.00
All royalties from this fabric are donated to Quilts for Kids.

Starting Monday I will be working on Quilts for Kids quilts...
I have a few ideas for some lap size quilts and am anxious to get started.

I'll be working on my stitchery project for the Stitch Me Up Blog Hop too.
That will keep me busy for the month of March.

Happy stitching
