I've been Missing in Action....and a winner

...of the 'Me and My Sister' Giveaway.

I'm having major anxiety attacks lately and am not dealing with them very well...
...major life changes I should be excited about
but struggling with the unknown!!
I've not been blogging, sewing much or doing much of anything
except eating...
I have no ambition and as a result I must apologize
for being so late in announcing my winner!!

...from all comments from May 1 to midnight May 18
I wrote all the names, the posting date and your comment number(s) in my notebook
then cut the pages
and put all of them in this basket...
...I'm not going to pick my winner this way again
way way too much work to pick a winner...
much prefer...Mr Random Number.

the winner is
from the May 18th posting

Sorry you've been struggling :( I hope things get better soon! I love your Birdie border, such a perfect choice. That has to be one of the most cheery Birdie quilts I've seen so far! You are motivating me to pull mine back out and have another look...I have been very intimidated to quilt it! I can't believe my name came out as the winner out of that big "pot"...thanks so much, I'm so excited to win such a great prize!

Lovely! I like your color choices. I still have at least 6 months of birds to stitch. I do intend to do them......especially when I see the finished quilts.

Your LMS Birdie quilt turned out so cute! Do you think that the GREAT job you did on the embroidery has something to do with it looking so good? This post is encouraging me to do some more embroidery too!

Sorry you are not up to par. I dislike not feeling myself. I hope that you can feel good about all the changes in your life soon! I love love how you finished your Birdie quilt! It is very cheery. Maybe you should just wrap it around you and think all those happy birdie thoughts!

Hi!
I hope you are talking with someone about all your changes...
My mantra is
One thing at a time
One minute at a time
One day at a time
and of course, LOTS of deep breathing...
you can email me back, if I can help in any way.
Take care, Leslie

Well... I may be able to help reduce your stress level and get one thing off your TO DO LIST. I remember the Tea Towel Apron tutorial was on Sew WE Quilt on Thursday April 12 2012 for anyone who wants to pop over there to check it out. I copied it to my computer so I would have it when I was ready to make one.Take care.

We've been traveling Pauling so I'm just now reading this post. I'm so sorry things have been overwhelming for you. I've been in that position and it's not a fun place to be. I hope things have been somewhat resolved so you can get back to normal. I'm an emotional eater too...I hate that I do that but know that I do doesn't seem to make a difference. I've decided to go back to weight watchers tomorrow. Want to join forces and encourage each other? blessings, marlene
